My formal music education began in school band at the age of ten. I continued my studies at Washtenaw Community College and with private drum lessons. I have received a Certificate from LAMA (now Los Angeles College of Music) in Drum Performance. In addition to teaching private drum lessons, I have also worked as a Clinician, Music Camp Instructor, Show Director and Music Director.
